Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. The Packer will be responsible for preparing and packing various high-quality meat products for delivery, ensuring each order meets our quality standards. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation as a trusted purveyor of premium meats.

Responsibilities:

• Product Preparation: Carefully select, portion, and pack meats (including Prime, Wagyu, and dry-aged cuts) per order specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect meat products for quality and presentation before packing, following established safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Track and report inventory levels to maintain adequate stock and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Order Accuracy: Label and organize packages with precise product information, weights, and customer details.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely order processing.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior experience in meat packing or food production preferred.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment and handle raw meat products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
