V.P. National Sales and Marketing I have been with Fairway Packing Co. since I could walk. I would come into work with my Dad Gene, and then leave with Grandpa Emmet to make sales calls all around the city. My cousins Gene, Joe Jr., and myself are the third generation taking this company to the next level. We are young, aggressive and ready to work. We welcome the challenge of satisfying the most demanding chefs in the city. I have been active in this business for over 10 years. In that time I have filled every position in the company and can be considered an expert in the business. I received a priceless education from watching my Dad and Uncles run this company.
