How it Works
T
he dry aged program is very simple and it was put in place to save customers and restaurants money. Really all you have to do is pick out your favorite piece of meat and specify how many days age you prefer. After you place your order, you will receive a phone call from one of our dry-aged specialists within 1 business day to gather some additional information. At that point, we will discuss with you your different options to have that piece of meat cut. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. After your order is processed your piece of meat will then be place on the rack in our state of the art Dry-Aging facility for the amount of days age you specified. Once the aging process is complete, your order is cut to your specifications the shipped same day. Shipping is a flat rate of $35, unless the order total is over $229
